Kate Hall is the founder of Radiant HR Consulting, Inc. As a consultant, Kate leverages her knowledge and experience to deliver insightful, useful, and practical guidance and solutions to clients.
With close to two decades of leadership experience in compensation, Kate has deep expertise in Compensation, Performance and Talent Management, and HR Systems.
Kate graduated from Vanderbilt University with Degrees in Economics and Music.
Kate began her HR career with Towers Perrin’s Total Rewards practice, where she supported clients across a variety of industries. It was there that Kate first had the opportunity to do extensive work in Executive Compensation, Broad-based Compensation, and sales incentive design.
Following her time with Towers, Kate served in a series of leadership roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, The Coca-Cola Company, ServiceMaster, and SunTrust. Kate’s corporate experience enables her to proactively identify and avoid pitfalls in implementing and administering human capital programs.
Kate understands that the key to building successful solutions is through honest, trusted partnerships with her clients.
